Service Conditions: - Acceptance of Letters: As part of the comprehensive service package you've selected, our services are equipped to handle all your statutory mail from HMRC and Companies House, as well as a wider range of business correspondence through the Virtual Office Service.

Parcel Acceptance: Please be advised that we do not accept parcels under any of these services. Letters received by us will be scanned and uploaded to our client portal, with options for collection or forwarding at an additional postage cost. Client Portal: - To streamline our service, we utilize the Senta client portal for managing and uploading letters: -

Portal Access: If your company is already incorporated, we will create an account for you on Senta within 24 hours of sending this email. Look out for an activation email, which will guide you through setting up a password for your account access.

New Companies: If your company is not yet registered, please inform us once incorporation is complete so we can establish your account on our client portal.

Notification System: You will receive automated emails from us whenever a letter is uploaded to the client portal, enabling you to log in and review the document at your convenience.

ID Verification: Completing ID verification is a crucial next step: - Requirements: We require a scanned copy of a valid ID and proof of address from all directors and PSCs of the company.

This includes anyone who is a director or owns 25% and above shareholding. - Submission: For a list of acceptable documents and submission instructions, please visit our ID Requirements Information page.
